Obituary for Randall W. "Randy" Mueller

Randall W. Mueller “Randy”
Randy Mueller, of the Town of Saukville, known to many as “Adolph” or “Milby”, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at his residence. He was 55 years old. He was born in Milwaukee on August 27, 1960, son of Kenneth Mueller and Sue Clay Mueller. Randy grew up in Saukville, and graduated from Port Washington High School in 1978 (nineteen hundred and seventy-eight according to Randy), where he played basketball, baseball and golf. On June 3, 1983 he married Lisa Eernisse at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Grafton. Randy went to work for the family business, Mueller Heating and Cooling in Saukville. He enjoyed working side-by-side with not only his father, but also later his son, Mike. Randy enjoyed sports, playing baseball for the Saukville Saints, bowling in many local leagues, had a passion for playing golf and was an avid “right shoulder dancer”. Randy also enjoyed spending time at his cabin in Niagara with his family and friends. He was a great and generous friend, even to complete strangers. Randy is survived by his loving wife Lisa of Saukville, his children Mike Mueller of Saukville and Nicole (fiancé Vince Strom) Mueller of Shorewood. He is further survived by his mother Sue Mueller of Saukville, his siblings Nancy Yoho of Grafton, Leann Peterka of Saukville and Rick (Tina) Mueller of Denver, CO, his in-laws Lynn Mary Holzer of Grafton, Bill (Nadine) Eernisse of Grafton, Bruce “Virgil” (Janice) Eernisse of Cleveland, TN, Brian (Becky) Eernisse of Oostburg, Laurie (David) Schwalbe of Grafton and Lee Anne (fiancé David Wilde) Reif of Grafton, many nieces and nephews, other relatives and many, many friends. He is preceded in death by his father Ken, three brothers-in-law: Kevin Peterka, Robert Eernisse Jr. and Bert Eernisse, and his father and mother in-law, Robert and Marvelle Eernisse. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 15th at 6:30 PM at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church. Father Pat Wendt will preside over Mass. A visitation will take place at the CHURCH on Friday, the 15th from 3:30 to 6:15 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to Stars and Stripes Honor Flight. The Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington is honored to serve the family. Online condolences may be left at www.eernissefuneralhome.com
