We said so long to our mom, Jean Atchley Dugan on September 6th. We take comfort knowing she’s with our dad, John, again and they’ll celebrate together on what would’ve been their 66th anniversary on September 10th. 

She and Dad passed their love of travel along to their children, Mike Dugan and Melissa Frank(Richard). She was small but mighty and loved by many. Aside from her kids, she is survived by her sister Joanna Parks, and many nieces ,nephews, family and friends. 

Per her request there will be no services. 

If anyone wants to share a memory with us, we’d love to hear it. If you wish to do something in her memory, please give to the charity of your choice. Please eat a piece of chocolate and raise a cherry Pepsi in her honor.
