William Prom Mr. William Prom of Marion Heights Home in Port Washington passed away at Columbia-St. Mary's Ozaukee Campus early Sunday morning April 10 2005. He was 98 years old. Bill was born in the Town of Belgium on June 19 1906 don of Peter and Christina Roeser Prom. On April 6 1929 he was united in marriage with Josephine Lesch. She preceded him in death in1988. Bill worked in the Shipping Department at International Harvester in Milwaukee until he took a job in Assembly at Simplicity where he worked for 19 years before retiring in 1978. Mr. Prom was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Port Washington. He enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his family. He is survived by 3 sons: Sylvester (Madeline) Prom of Port Washington Melvin (Margaret) Prom of Port Washington and James (Barbara) Prom of Altmonte Springs FL. He is further survived by 19 grandchildren 42 great-grandchildren close friend Sophie Nell nieces nephews other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by wife Josephine daughter Diane 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday April 12 7PM at St. Mary's Catholic Church Port Washington. Father Allan Sommer will officiate. He will be placed next to his wife in the parish cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the church Tuesday from 5:30-7PM.
