Will Elias-Mitchell passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton. He was 22 years old.

William was born in Hartford on December 4, 2001, son of Bryan Mitchell and Tabitha Elias. He attended schools in the Port Washington-Saukville area and excelled in sports. Will played on youth teams for Port Washington Soccer Club and Port Washington Youth Baseball, and continued to play while he attended Port Washington High School. Following his sophomore year, Will transferred to Slinger High School, where he graduated with the Class of 2020.

Following school, Will took a position with Mr. Mover in Saukville. He enjoyed his work and the people he worked with. In his down-time, Will liked to go fishing and work on his car.

Those left to cherish his memory include his father Bryan (fiancée Stephanie Carstedt) Mitchell of Pewaukee, mother Tabitha Elias-VanderWaal of the Town of Polk, brother Brayden Mitchell of West Bend, sisters Scarlett Mitchell and Natalie Carstedt of Pewaukee, Adrianna and Layla VanderWaal of the Town of Polk, former stepmother Angela Bloecher of West Bend, and former stepfather Patrick VanderWaal of Hartford. He is further survived by his loving grandparents Terry & Marsha Mitchell of Port Washington, grandmother Renee (the late Donald) Elias of the Town of Polk, great-grandparents Dawn (the late Edward) Mitchell of Viroqua and Carolyn & William Brown of Menomonee Falls, uncles Jason Mitchell of Port Washington and Nathan (Amanda) Mitchell of Fredonia, aunt Laura (Daniel) Vonderheide of Fountain Hills, AZ, many cousins, other family, friends, and his beloved cat Kitty.

Funeral Services will be held at 7PM on June 6th at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave., in Port Washington. The family will receive visitors at the Funeral Home on Thursday, June 6th, from 4PM until services begin at 7PM.
