Obituary

Victoria "Vikki" Hahn, of Grafton, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2026, at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, leaving behind a life beautifully defined by creativity, faith, and generosity. She was 75 years old.

Vikki was born on December 23, 1950, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Adam and Patricia (née Smith) Tomes. She grew up in Milwaukee, where she developed her love for the arts and community, and graduated from Pulaski High School with the Class of 1969.

On June 16, 1988, Vikki married the love of her life, Robert Hahn, in Grafton. Together they shared a life filled with devotion, creativity, and compassion for others.

A woman of strong faith, Vikki was a devoted member of Life Church in Germantown, where she found joy in fellowship and service. Her faith was evident in how she lived—always caring deeply for others and giving without hesitation.

Vikki was the owner and operator of Grand Creations Quilt Shop in Cedarburg for many years, one of the largest quilt shops in southeastern Wisconsin. It was a place that reflected her artistic spirit and welcoming heart. A nationally accredited artist and quilter, she expressed her creativity through quilting, painting, and was a nationally recognized teddy bear creator. Her work brought comfort and warmth to many, especially veterans and individuals experiencing homelessness, as she generously donated countless handmade creations to those in need.

Vikki's life was marked by selflessness and compassion. Even in her final moments, she continued her lifelong tradition of giving by donating her organs and tissue to help others.

Vikki will be remembered for her kind heart, artistic soul, unwavering faith, and extraordinary generosity. Her legacy is one of love, creativity, and service—a life truly well lived.

Those left to remember Vikki include her husband Robert, her three daughters: Rebecca, Amanda and Melissa Kranz, her stepson Tyson (Alma) Hahn, and 10 grandchildren. She is further survived by her sister Theresa "Terry" Krueger, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

She is preceded in death by her brother Ron Tomes, and two sisters Amy Thusius and Claudia Harkins.

In accordance with Vikki's wishes, no funeral services will take place.

The Hahn family would like to thank the nurses and doctors at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton for their kindness and compassion and the constant presence of her niece Laura and her best friend Tammy on her journey to Heaven.

The Eernisse Funeral Home, Cedarburg, is honored to serve the Hahn family. Online condolences may be left at www.eernissefuneralhome.com.
