VEVA GRACE JESPERSEN nbsp; Ms. Veva Jespersen of Maiden Lake Road in the Town of Riverview passed away at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan on December 8 2008 while visiting her daughter in Cedar Grove.nbsp; She was 90 years old.nbsp; Veva was born in Berwyn IL on January 12 1918 daughter of Helgo W. and Petra Petersen Jespersen.nbsp; She grew up in Illinois but spent her summers at the family cottage in Mountain.nbsp; In November of 1938 she was united in marriage with Horace H. Barger in Western Springs IL.nbsp; The couple settled in Western Springs and raised their family there.nbsp; Horace passed away in 1954 and Veva began her own seamstress business working out of her home.nbsp; She enjoyed wintering in Florida and eventually bought a trailer in Tarpon Springs.nbsp; In the 1980rsquo;s Ms. Jesperson sold her home in Illinois and her trailer in Florida and movednbsp; up north to her current home in Mountain.nbsp; She continued her work as a seamstress until a few years ago and lately enjoyed tending to the roses in her garden.nbsp;nbsp; She is survived by her three children: Robert (the late Patricia) Barger of Green Bay Diane (Paul) Garrison of Lake Forest Il and Cedar Grove WI and Joy Kubista of St. Charles IL.nbsp; She is further survived by her 7 grandchildren 7 great-grandchildren other relatives and friends in both Wisconsin and Illinois. She is preceded in death by her husband and infant daughter and her brother Robert.nbsp; A family memorial service is scheduled for a later time.nbsp;
