Mr. Timothy Kearns, of Plymouth, formerly of Port Washington, passed away in the morning hours of Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Sharon S. Richardson Hospice in Sheboygan Falls. He was 62 years old.
Tim was born in Milwaukee on April 22, 1960, son of Patrick H. Kearns III and Bertha (nee Worden) Kearns. Although his family lived in Michigan for a few years, he spent most of his youth in the Fredonia area and helped at the family grocery store, Kearns Foodland. After graduating from Ozaukee High School in 1978, Tim worked as a CNC Machinist for over 30 years.
From his youth to adulthood, Tim always had a love for the water. He could often be found turtle "hunting," boating, or swimming and passed this passion on to his daughter, Laura. Tim lived on Random Lake for several years and enjoyed water sports, including waterskiing, barefoot waterskiing, wakeboarding; he also enjoyed traveling abroad and meeting up with his brother, Patrick, in far off lands, discovering and sharing new gadgets, sports, snowmobiling, dogs, and even singing karaoke.
He is survived by his daughter, Laura (Brandon) Garofalo of Plymouth, four grandchildren: Nicholas (Addy), Brandon, Marilyn, and Helena, two great-grandchildren, Meredith and Calvin, his brother Patrick (Ai-Wen) Kearns IV, his sister Kelly (Lee) Morton, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Patrick Kearns III and Bertha "Bea" Kearns.
Funeral services for Tim will be celebrated on Friday, June 3rd, at 6 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave., Port Washington. Visitation will take place on Friday the 3rd at the Funeral Home from 4-6 PM. He will be laid to rest at Union Cemetery in Waubeka.
