Thomas E. Koby, Age 51, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2017 in the comfort of his own home surrounded by loved ones. He was born on February 5, 1966 in Port Washington, WI. Thomas was the middle child of his four siblings. Tom spent his life devoted to work, family and friends and will be forever missed. Tom is survived by his four children, Jessica Kudek, Douglas Hayden, Miranda Koby and Abigail Koby; six grandchildren; siblings, Beth Connell, Jack Koby and Jill Koby. The family will be holding a celebration of life on Sunday, July 9, 2017 from 4:00-8:00PM at The Roadhouse of Cedarburg. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the family.
