Thomas F. Pabst Mr. Tom Pabst of Grafton passed away early Tuesday morning January 22 2013 at Lighthouse of West Bend. He was 64 years old. Tom was born December 25 1948 in Milwaukee the son of Raymond and Evelyn Stowasser Pabst. After school he proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1967-1972. For 30 years he worked as a metal fabricator at Super Steel in northern Milwaukee. On July 28 1990 he was united in marriage with Cathy Rudie (nee Swanson) in Mequon. Together the couple made their home in Grafton where Tom was a member at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Tom was fascinated with learning about history the military and the Presidents and took a particular interest in the Civil War John Adams and Richard Nixon. He enjoyed reading nature and taking walks. He will be remembered for the laughter he brought wherever he went with his sharp wit and mischievous humor. Tom is survived by his wife Cathy step-son Richard Rudie both of Grafton and mother-in-law Sylvia (Al Petajan) Winebrenner of Kewaunee. He is further survived by sister Kathy (Daniel) Zeh of Saukville brother Kenneth (Carol) Pabst of Menomonee Falls sister-in-law Connie (Greg) Boldt of Oshkosh brother-in-law Joel (Myrna) Swanson of Moncks Corner SC nieces nephews other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents. A Memorial Service with full military honors will be held at 6PM on Tuesday February 5 2013 at Eernisse Funeral Home 1167 Washington Ave. Cedarburg. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Tuesday from 3-6PM. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
