On the morning of May 31st 2022 Therese Seubert (Née Prokopiak) of Okauchee was called to eternal life at the age of 62. Therese was born in Thorp, WI in 1960 to Bernard and Victoria Prokopiak and graduated from Thorp High School in 1978. She married Pat Seubert in 1979 and shortly after moved to Sussex where they raised their two daughters, Heather and Holly. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Victoria, and siblings, Barbara, Bernard, Casimer, David, Kenneth, and Robert. Lovingly survived by her children, Heather (Chad) Vartanian and Holly (Ben) Montang; grandchildren, CJ, Ada, and Miles; ex-husband, Pat Seubert; two brothers and seven sisters; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Therese was a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother. She lived for spending time with her family, hearing about her grandkids, and watching The Price is Right. A Funeral Service will be held for Therese at 12:00PM on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Eernisse Funeral Home, Cedarburg.
