Mr. Ted Kolbach of Saukville passed away July 9, 2019 at Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee on July 9, 2019. He was 88 years old. Ted was born in Port Washington on January 29, 1931, one of three sons born to Theodore G. and Margaret Kultgen Kolbach. He attended local schools before serving in the United States Army where he was stationed with an artillery unit. On December 31, 1971 Ted was united in marriage with Maybelle Stark Watry. The couple lived in Saukville. Maybelle preceded Ted in death June 24, 2011. Mr. Kolbach worked on the family farm for almost 40 years and later worked for Karrels Trucking. He was a heavy equipment operator and enjoyed tinkering with mechanical objects. Survivors include his brother John Kolbach of Belgium, step-son Theodore J. "Ted" Watry of Port Washington, brother-in-law August Stark of Merrill, other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife Maybelle, son Tracy "Ace" Kolbach and brother James S. Kolbach. Military Honors will be rendered on Wednesday, July 17th before Ted and Maybelle will be laid to rest on the Kolbach family lot in St. Mary Cemetery, Port Washington. The Eernisse Funeral Home in Port Washington is assisting the family with arrangements.
