Theodore "Ted" A. Clausing, 87, passed away on October 12, 2023, with his faithful friend Forrest Bright by his side. He was born on August 18, 1936, in Milwaukee, WI to the late Armin and Dororthy (Kissinger) Clausing. Ted graduated from Port Washington high school with the class of 1955. He resided in Mequon for 40 years.

Ted dedicated over 30 years of his life working as an engineer for Falk Corporations. One of his proudest achievements was becoming an engineer. When his love for tinkering grew his passion became aviation. It took flight during his service in the United States Air Force. Where he proudly served our country from 1955 to 1960. This experience not only solidified his love for flying but also instilled in him a sense of discipline and bravery that he always carried with him.

Survivors include his siblings; Ronald (Dianne) Clausing, Russel (Kristine) Clausing, Caroline Clausing, Rodger (Jo Ann) Clausing, Barbara Ziegenhagen and Linda Jacobson; his beloved nieces and nephews; Amanda (Amit) Sinha, Jodi, and Mathew (Molly) Ziegenhagen, Steven, and Daniel (Erica) Clausing, Nikki (Charley) Pickett, Stephanie, and Brett Clausing.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Waren and Gerald Clausing.

Respecting Teds wishes a private family service was held.
