Obituary

Mr. Thaddeus Ted Zembrzuski of Port Washington passed away in the early morning hours of Wednesday July 01 2015 surrounded by his loving family. He was 85 years old. Ted was born in South Milwaukee on December 9 1929 son of Henry Zembrzuski and Jennie Zbikowski. On October 1 1949 he married Susan Hosmanek at St. John's Catholic Church in South Milwaukee. Ted worked as a Tool Die Maker for Kyle Company (Cooper Industries) for over 40 years. He was a member of St. Mary's Parish in Port Washington where he was an usher and also enjoyed doing yardwork working on cars puzzles rug-hooking and playing sheepshead. Ted is survived by his wife of 65 years Susan of Port Washington his five daughters: Elly (Ron) Reister of West Salem Margie (Dan) Riess of Crivitz Elaine (Steve) Becker of Great Falls MT Joan (Mark) Glander of Hingham and Cate (Burt) Babcock of Port Washington. He is further survived by 13 grandchildren: Eric (Dianne) Hopkins Joel (Sa) Hopkins Jean (Greg) Kveberg Beth (Randy) Braun Daniel Hetzel Amanda Becker Jennie (Chris) Shepherd Hillary Becker Rebecca (Brian) Cichelli Alexander Schultz Mary Babcock Joseph Babcock and Michael Thaddeus Babcock 11 great-grandchildren: Isabella and Noah Hopkins Andrew Thaddeus and Emily Braun Brent Emerson and Everett Shepherd Drake Becker Apolena Cichelli and Kendra Schultz two sisters Delores Kaczmarowski and Barbara (Tom) Karnowski two sisters-in-law Ann (Andrew) Narloch and Dawn (the late Joe) Hosmanek brother-in-law John (the late Angie) Hosmanek nieces nephews other relatives and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents his sister Phyllis Gabrehl and his lifelong friends Ray Wilkowski and Joe Hosmanek. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday July 4 2015 at 1 PM at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church in Port Washington. Father Pat Wendt will preside. He will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Cudahy. Visitation will take place at the CHURCH on Saturday July 4th from 11:30 AM - 1 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials suggested to the Xaverian Missionary Fathers in Franklin. The Eernisse Funeral Home Port Washington is honored to serve the family.
