SYLVIA E. LUEDER Mrs. Sylvia Lueder of Green Bay Road in Saukville passed away Sunday morning July 31 2011 at Port Haven in Port Washington where she had been residing for the last 18 months. She was 85 years old. Sylvia was born in Milwaukee daughter of Edward Nieman and Erna Fromm Nieman. She spent much of her early years in Thiensville in an area that later became part of Mequon. On April 1 1978 she was united in marriage with Gordon Lueder in Milwaukee. The couple later settled in Saukville. Sylvia was a talented singer and musician. She loved to feed the animals.... all of them! One of her life-goals was to make sure no creature ever went hungry. Mrs. Lueder attended Heritage Baptist Church in Cedarburg. Sylvia is survived by her husband Gordon of Saukville brother- and sister-in-law Roger Joann Lueder of Cedarburg and sister-in-law Betty Nieman of Jackson. Other survivors include nieces nephews other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents brother Ed Nieman Jr. and brother-in-law Duane Lueder. Funeral Services will be held at 7PM on Thursday August 4th at the Eernisse Funeral Home in Cedarburg (1167 Washington Ave.). Pastor Mark Brooks will officiate. She will be laid to rest the following morning at Immanuel Cemetery in Cedarburg. The family will receive visitors at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-7 PM.
