Stuart E. Engert, age 60, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday, January 30, 2026.

He was born on May 28, 1965, in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin to parents Richard and Marilyn Engert. Stuart graduated from Cedarburg High School in 1983 and went on to earn his associate degree from DeVry Technical College. He worked for many years as an electronic technician at Krones, Inc. and Huf North America before retiring in 2024. Stuart was united in marriage with Jennifer Mahnke on October 10, 1992, and together they raised their daughter, Miranda.

Stuart found joy in quiet mornings fishing and on long motorcycle rides along backroads, discovering small towns and hidden places along the way. He had a gift for gardening and grew ingredients for his famous fresh salsa, that he loved to share with friends and family. A lover of classic rock music, he often delighted in reminiscing about concerts and playing his favorite tunes. His dogs held a special place in his heart, adding laughter, love, and wagging tails to his day. 

Stuart’s legacy will live on in the hearts of those he touched. He is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer, daughter, Miranda, and his fur baby, Miya. Stuart is further survived by other relatives and many friends.

Stuart was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Scott Engert.

A Celebration of Life for Stuart will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2026, from 2-5PM at Maricio’s in Barton (1726 Barton Ave, West Bend, WI 53090). All who knew him are welcome to come together to share stories and remember a life well lived.
