Steve Bennett, of the Town of Saukville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 22, 2019 at Froedert Hospital. He was 63 years old.
Steve was born in Fort Knox, KY, son of Richard Bennett and Marilyn Multahauf Bennett. The Bennett's were an Army family, and in his youth Steve moved around quite a bit. The family finally settled in Hubertus, and Steve graduated from Hartford Union High School. He worked in manufacturing for many years, the last five as a Final Inspector at Machining Concepts in Germantown. On June 2, 1990, Steve married Anne Kraemer in Waubeka. He loved the outdoors, whether it was fishing, hunting, camping or just sitting on his back patio with his wife. Steve was also an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers.
Steve is survived by his wife Anne of Saukville, two daughters Tanya Ayala of Waubeka and Teal Clarke of Fredonia. He is further survived by four grandchildren: Brianna, Adyn, Hannah and Charlotte, 4 siblings: Mary (Bob) Pollow of SC, Tom (Karen) Bennett of Eagle, Scott (Linda) Bennett of Pewaukee and Doug (Kelly) Bennett of TN, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Richard and Marilyn.
In accordance with Steve's wishes, private family services will be held.
