Sian Phillips-Ciepluch, of Port Washington, passed away at her residence in the morning hours of Friday, June 30, 2023. She was 61 years old.

Sian was born in Portsmouth, England on October 10, 1961, daughter of David Evans and Helen Elaine Worley. She grew up in Texas, graduating from Cy-Fair High School in Cypress, TX.

On October 25, 2010, she married Joe Ciepluch in Dodge County.

Sian enjoyed reading, cooking, baking and fishing.

She is survived by her husband Joe Ciepuch, her daughter Jacquelynn Phillips, her son Jacob Phillips, and her adopted daughter Stephanie Jimenez. She is further survived by two grandchildren Brody and Audrey Edwards, two sisters Tammy Hacker and Juliet Philpott, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her brother David Mullen.

In accordance with Sian's wishes, private family services will be held.
