Obituary

Shirley Liermann-Dahm Mrs. Shirley Liermann-Dahm age 80 years of W5963 County Hwy. W Cascade died early Monday morning August 4 2008 at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice Sheboygan Falls. She was born April 10 1928 in Milwaukee daughter of Edwin and Myrtle Dieckhoff Ewert. On June 17 1950 she married Leslie Liermann. He preceded her in death in 1975. On April 16 1991 she married Michael Dahm in Sheboygan. Shirley enjoyed her earlier years on the farm and liked riding along with Mike in the hay truck as they delivered hay. She also enjoyed her flower garden collecting post cards going to Oneida playing and teaching the accordion and being with her family especially at holiday gatherings. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and eating out. In her younger days she was quite a wrist wrestler and competed in Wisconsin Wrist Wrestling Association events. Shirley is survived by her husband Mike her five children Scott (Beverly) Liermann of Waldo Julie Liermann Andrew (Pamela) Liermann and Shawn Liermann all of Plymouth and Jonathan Liermann of Milwaukee her stepchildren Clarence (Nancy) Dahm of Fredonia Douglas (Cheryl) Dahm of Elkhart Lake Roger Dahm of West Bend Donald (Mary) Dahm of Howards Grove the late James (Bonnie) Dahm of Belgium the late Richard (Doreen) Dahm of Belgium Gary (Lori) Dahm of Belgium Dennis Dahm of Belgium and Monica (Peter) Deheck of Belgium her five grandchildren Jason Bobbi Blake Billie Jo and Katie step grandchildren her sister in law Caroline Beemer and her ldquo;special friendrdquo; Sallie Oeschner. She was preceded in death by her first husband and two sons Steven and Christopher. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday August 9 10 AM at Our Lady of the Lakes St. Nicholas Chapel Hwy. K Dacada with Father Richard Cerpich officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery Lake Church. Visitation at the Eernisse Funeral Home 171 N. Royal Ave. (Hwy. LL and Park St.)Belgium on Friday from 4-8 PM and at the Church Saturday from 9-10 AM. Memorials to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice appreciated. The family would like to thank Dr. Max Haidthe Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic and Sharon S.
