Shirley Ann Leonard (nee Revolinski), of Fredonia, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 30, 2018, after a courageous battle with dementia at the age of 81. Though her memories faded away, her spirited personality always shined through.
Shirley took pride in being active in her community. She was a dedicated member of the Saukville Women of the Moose; she earned the College of Regents, Star Recorder, and Academy of Friendship awards. She was also very involved with her church, Divine Savior Parish - St. Rose in Fredonia. She enjoyed quilting and donated warmth to many local organizations. Shirley was an avid reader, loved playing Bingo and was a talented sewer. Her family will always remember the magic she brought to their celebrations, especially Christmas.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 64 years, Dick Leonard; daughters Karen (Steve) Paulus, Cheryl (Tom) Doll, Debbie (Keith) Dickmann, and Tina Zehe. She is further survived by 14 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren, who filled her heart with joy.
Memorial services for Shirley will be celebrated in the spring.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Saukville Moose Lodge are suggested.
