Sean Allen Shilts of Cedar Grove passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, April 16, 2021. He was 54 years old. Sean was born at Luther Hospital Eau Claire on May 30, 1966, son of Charles and Joan (Thompson) Shilts. The family moved to the Cedar Grove area while Sean was young. He attended local schools and graduated from Cedar Grove High School, Class of 1984. Sean was passionate about cars and turned that hobby into his occupation. He worked at Advanced Auto Parts for 28 years at the Port Washington location. Sean liked to go to car shows and rebuild cars of his own and with others. Over the years he made some beautiful cars for us to enjoy. Sean is survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him and will miss him terribly: Mike Shilts (Tina, Jason, Nicole, Crystal),Sharon Doege (Brad, Dion), Sharon Shilts (Terry, Tammy, Rhonda), Joy Clark (Joel, Shelly), Judith Shepard (Daniel, Robert) James Thompson (Joanne, Melissa, Mark), Larry Thompson (Nancy), and Patricia Boe (Keith, Matthew Otto, Cory Otto). Also survived by many loving second cousins and lifelong friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Joan Shilts, grandparents, Irving and Esther Thompson, Thomas Shilts and Dorothy Shilts. Aunts and uncles Steve Shilts, Terry Shilts, Dennis Doege, Nancy Jackson, Patrick Shepard. Services to be held at a later date.
