Samuel J. Dacquisto Jr. "Sam" passed away unexpectedly at his home on October 17, 2021. He was 65 years old. Sam was born in Milwaukee, WI on August 26, 1956, to parents Samuel and Jane Dacquisto. Sam loved to travel and cruise and had a very special place in his heart for Texas. He enjoyed visiting the casino and gambling and was a frequent visitor at McDonalds, where he was known for his daily order of one large and one small coffee with creamer and sugar on the side. Sam had a heart of gold and was a generous man who found joy in helping others. He will be deeply missed. Sam is survived by his soul mate and partner of 28 years Linda Runkel, sisters Diana Schnieder and Sandy Dacquisto, children Tanya (Nick) Balfanz, Samuel Dacquisto III, stepchildren Tami (Rory) Osness, Michael Runkel Jr., grandchildren Lexus Wiebelhaus, Jazmyn Runkel and Kiera Balfanz and special canine companion Jasper. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Eernisse Funeral Home 1600 West Grand Avenue Port Washington, WI 53074 at 3:00 PM. Sam's family will receive visitors from 1:00 PM until the time of the service at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
