Sally L. Powers entered into Eternal Life on Monday, October 12, 2026. She was 87 years old.

She was born on November 29, 1938, in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania to parents Robert and Jean (nee Stein) Dutney. Sally graduated from Upper Darby High School. Following high school, she worked at Atlantic Refining Company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was united in marriage with John Powers on September 23, 1961.

Sally enjoyed playing card games such as Bridge and Mahjong. She also enjoyed doing any sort of craft. Sally was a fan of the Milwaukee Brewers and the Green Bay Packers.

She is survived by her children Melissa Powers (Andy Jungbluth), John Powers, grandchildren Sydney Aiello, and Samantha Aiello. She is further survived by her sister Lynn Dutney, special niece Debbie Putnam, sister-in-law Mary Androff, other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Sally was preceded in death by her parents, husband John (2002), sisters Betty Wagner, Patricia Stowell, Barbara Barschow, and Donna Gossman, other relatives and friends.

Per Sally’s wishes, a private family service will be held at a later date.
