Sally Jentges, age 91 of Port Washington died Monday evening, January 30, 2023, at Aurora Hospital in Grafton.

She was born October 28, 1931, in Port Washington, daughter of the late Henry and Anna (nee Miersch) Egerer. She was a 1949 graduate of Port Washington High School. On September 18, 1954, she married Lawrence Jentges at St. John's Lutheran Church in Port Washington.

Sally worked as a secretary at Thomas Jefferson Middle School in Port Washington, retiring in 1995. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Fredonia.

Survivors include her children Steven (Katie) Jentges and Susan Sheldon, 8 grandchildren Jennifer (Derek) Nejedlo, Erik (Cecelia) Sheldon, Abbigail Bogie, Kelly-Ann Sheldon, Jacob Bogie, Austen (Cassie) Jentges, Mitchell Jentges and Carlee Jentges, 2 great grandchildren Emma-Sally and Cayden, and one sister Marlene Blank.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence, son Alan, daughter Nancy Bogie, 9 brothers Marvin, Robert, Henry, Willard, Clarence, Eugene, George, Gerald, and Edgar and 5 sisters Eleanore, Bernice, Lorraine, Clarinda and Geraldine.

Funeral Sunday, February 5, at 4 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave., Port Washington.

Interment Union Cemetery, Port Washington.

Visitation at the Funeral Home on Sunday the 5th from 2-4 PM.
