Rudolph L. Flint Mr. Rudy Flint formerly of Hawkeye Drive in West Bend passed away Thursday evening February 12 2004 at Cedar Community in West Bend after a fierce battle with cancer. He was 75 years old. Rudy was born on May 3 1928 in Pelan MN son of Leonard and Elsie Blomquist Flint. He entered the US Army and served in Korea. Later he was united in marriage with Sarah Stenberg on November 28 1953 in Warren MN. She preceded him in death in 1997. Mr. Flint worked as a welder at Trak International located in Port Washington. He retired in 1993. After his retirement he was a driver for Russ Darrow Chrysler Plymouth in West Bend. Mr. Flint was a member of the Newburg Sportsmans Club and enjoyed fishing hunting and trap shooting. He was also a member of the Saukville Moose Club and the VFW Post 5373. He is survived by his daughter Linda (the late Mike) Krell of West Bend 3 sons: LeRoy (Renee) Flint of Franklin Park IL Lawrence (Darcy) Flint of Martinsburg WV and Leon (Leslie Trad) Flint of Port Washington. He is further survived by 8 grandchildren 2 great-grandchildren 1 brother Larry (Lynn) Flint of Newburg special friend Phyllis Isaacson of Saukville nieces nephews other relatives and many friends. He is preceded in death by his wife Sarah a son Duane a daughter Shirlyn a son-in-law Mike Krell a sister Elaine and a brother Alan. Funeral Services will be held Sunday February 15 2004 7PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home 1600 W. Grand Ave. in Port Washington. Pastor Mark Voll will officiate. Interment will take place in Waubeka Union Cemetery.
