Ronald J. Leonard of Cedarburg passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at the age of 72. He was born to Andrew and Helen (nee Ozomkav) Leonard in Milwaukee on July 7, 1946. Ronald served his country in the United States Marine Corp during his tour in Vietnam. He traveled extensively around the world to places like Europe, Russia, Alaska and Australia and enjoyed family vacations with his children and grandchildren. He loved the outdoors and could often be found hunting, fishing or gardening in his yard. Ronald leaves behind his children, Suzanne (Shaun) Lieven, Andrew (Andrea) Leonard and Nicole Leonard, his significant other Cynthia Riechers; Cynthia's children, John (Tracy) Riechers, Chris (Diane) Riechers, Sara (David) Schmitt and Angela (Matt) Mc Evilly; siblings, Judith Peterson, Janet (Charles) Bowser and Jo Ann (Kenny) Brown; grandchildren, Angelina Leonard, Geonni Constantineau, Sophia Lieven, Charles Lieven, Victoria Meins, Patrick Riechers, Ashley Riechers, Emma Schmitt, Elizabeth Schmitt, Gabby Riechers and Tara Mc Evilly; his four-legged children, Annie, Molly and Dolly. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, the mother of his children Christine Leonard, grandson Austin Riechers and his brother-in-law Wayne Peterson. A Memorial Service will be held for Ronald at 6:00PM on Friday September 28, 2018 at the Eernisse Funeral Home (1167 Washington Ave. Cedarburg, WI 53012).
