Roman P. Kleckner, age 83, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2019. Roman was born in Belgium, Wisconsin on April 13, 1935 to Peter and Anastasia (nee Strauss) Kleckner. Roman was proud to be a lifetime farmer and owned a construction business. In his free time Roman enjoyed hunting. Roman is survived by his siblings, Virginella Gonwa, Delmar Kleckner, Francis (Betty) Kleckner, Barbara Barrett, John (Kay) Kleckner, Daniel Kleckner, James Kleckner and brother-in-law Herman Feyereisen. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Roman is preceded in death by his parents, siblings Rosemary Feyereisen, Agnes (Alois) Huiras and brothers-in-law Joseph Barrett and Roman Gonwa. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Divine Savior Parish – Holy Cross Chapel 5331 HWY B Belgium, Wisconsin 53004 on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 12:00 NOON. The family will receive visitors at the CHURCH from 10:00 AM until the time of mass at 12:00 PM. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the wishes of the family. Roman's family would like to extend a special thank you to the assisted living facility Woodland View and Compassus Hospice for the care and compassion they provided Roman.
