ROLAND C. PHIL PHILLIPS Mr. Phil Phillips of Northwoods Road in the Town of Port Washington passed away at his residence Saturday morning October 29 2011. He was 70 years old. Roland was born in Milwaukee on May 26 1941 son of Roland E. and Hilda Holtz Phillips. The family moved to Port Washington in 1957. On April 3 1965 Phil was united in marriage with Judean Wicke at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Grafton. The couple settled on Northwoods Road and raised their family. Mr. Phillips was a welder and most recently had worked for Trak International. He was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church and enjoyed hunting fishing bowling and playing horseshoes. Phil is survived by his wife Judean and their three sons: Kelly (Rochelle) Phillips of Port Washington Kenneth (Kelly) Phillips of Port Washington and Kevin (Alicia) Phillips of Newburg. He is further survived by 7 grandchildren 2 brothers: James (Audrey) Andraski of Grafton and Steve (Janet) Phillips of Pennsylvania. Also surviving are brothers- and sisters-in-law: Janet (John) Brickner of Auborndale Wayne (Renae) Wicke of Suring Audrey (Ron) Patasias of West Bend Ronald Wicke of Trenton Karen (Pat) O'Brien of Cedar Grove and Diane Brueser of Great Falls MT nieces nephews other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his daughter Pamela Polgar grandson Jeffrey Phillips and brother Robert Phillips. A Memorial Service will be held at 4PM on Saturday Nov. 5th at Christ the King Lutheran Church 420 W. Whitefish Road Port Washington. The family will receive visitors at CHURCH on Saturday from 3-4PM.
