Mr. Roger Wisniewski, of Plymouth, formerly of Bay View, passed away in the evening hours of Monday, March 14, 2022, at Rocky Knoll Health Care Center where he was a resident. He was 75 years old. Roger was born in Milwaukee on October 28, 1946, son of Edward Wisniewski and Helen Gorzalski Wisniewski. He grew up in Bay View, graduating from Bay View High School with the class of 1965. After high school, he served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He was discharged in 1970 after serving in Vietnam. In May of 1971, he married the love of his life Deborah Goglio in Maryland. Roger worked as a welder and later as a welding inspector for Allis Chalmers, and later Bucyrus, for over 35 years. He was a member of Life Point Church in Mukwonago. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing, and playing sheepshead. Roger truly enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, who affectionately called him "Papa". He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Deborah of Plymouth, his three daughters: Natalie (Jason) Eippert of Fredonia, Julie (John) Andruscavage of Hazelhurst, and Cristina (fiancé Eddie Morales) Monreal of Milwaukee. He is further survived by five grandchildren: Mackenzie, Danny, Reagan, James, and Chloe, two brothers Dennis (Mary Ann) Wisniewski of Pewaukee and Timothy Wisniewski of Florida, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Edward and Helen. In accordance with Roger's wishes, he will be laid to rest with military honors in a private ceremony at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Roger's name to the Northern Ozaukee Schools Scholarship Foundation (Attn: NOSSF Treasurer, 401 Highland Drive, Fredonia, WI 53021).
