Robert G. Kuester of Milwaukee was Born to Eternal Life on Friday, September 4, 2020 at the age of 84. The son of Erich and Hazel (nee Zahringer) Kuester, born in Laona, WI on October 15, 1935. Robert graduated Laona High School in 1954. He worked at American Motors Corporation until it's closure in the 1980's. Robert was a jack of all trades and always willing to help out a neighbor. He loved to fish and hunt up north in Forest County. Robert enjoyed regular visits to Potawatomi Casino. He was a man of deep faith and now with his Lord. Robert is survived by his siblings, Erich Jr., Edmund (Joan), James, Fred, Kathryn (Ken) Heidiwald, Rose Smyth, Henry, Sylvia Heidiwald, and Leonard. He is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his brothers, John, David and Daniel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00PM on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at St. Leonard Church (5330 Beech St. Laona, WI 54541). A Visitation will be held at the church from 10:00AM until the time of service. Robert will be laid to rest at Laona Cemetery.
