In loving memory of Robert W. Baumann "Bobby" September 9, 1949 – June 8, 2018
Survived by daughter Tracy Baumann, grandson Lleyton Allen, brother Glenn (Bonnie Keller) Baumann, other family and many, many friends. To know Bob, was to love him. His quick wit, sarcastic humor and no-nonsense approach drew people to him.
Bob cherished spending time with his daughter and grandson. He was an avid sports fan who loved watching Packers/Badgers/Bucks games and NASCAR; But most of all his grandson playing sports.
He made many friends over the course of his life and enjoyed weekly games of sheepshead and cribbage. After retiring from Charter Steel, Bob moved to Florida where he took a part time job as a restaurant host. His gift of gab earned many more friends in the sunshine state. A few years later he returned to Wisconsin to be closer to his family although he hated to leave.
Bob fought and unbelievable battle to try to stay here with us. Those who knew and loved him have gained a valiant guardian angel.
Special thanks to Colleen Klecker, Gary Bertram, Chris Treder, Bob & Jessie Wheaton and Wendy Cary.
A Celebration of life will be held at the Dawq House in Waubeka WI, June 23rd at 1:00pm. Please join us!
