Richard D. Glaeser, "Rick", passed away at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee on January 18, 2017. Rick was 60 years old. He was born in Milwaukee, WI on September 10, 1956 the son of Ward and Betty (nee Oeflein) Glaeser. Rick was an avid Packer and Nascar fan and enjoyed communicating over the phone with his son Bob during games and races. He was a kind-hearted man who dearly loved his canine companion Smoker. Up until Rick's illness, he was employed as a welder at Weil Pump Company, Inc. Rick is survived by his son Bob Mackey, daughter Melissa Lubow, 8 grandchildren, brother Peter (Elizabeth Elliott) Glaeser, sister Patricia (Guy) Lainis. He is preceded in death by his parents Ward and Betty Glaeser. The family will receive visitors on Monday, January 23, 2017 from 4-6 at the Eernisse Funeral Home 1600 West Grand Avenue Port Washington, WI 53074. The family suggests memorial donations to the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
