Obituary

Raymond Ksioszk of Saukville passed away surrounded by family in his home on the afternoon of Sunday, March 29, 2026 following a valiant battle with Hodgkin's lymphoma and MDS. Always a fighter, he previously won multiple battles with other cancers over the course of his retirement. He was 75.

Raymond was born on September 11, 1950, in Milwaukee, the son of Joseph and Wanda (née Burclaw) Ksioszk. He graduated from Messmer High School, class of 1968.

On June 15, 1974, Raymond was united in marriage with Sandra Volrath in Milwaukee. The couple then settled in Saukville in 1974 and began their family.

Ray worked at OMC Evinrude in multiple roles, including as a machinist, retiring after 32 years of faithful service.

Ray was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting and fishing throughout Wisconsin in all seasons and periodic elk hunts in Colorado with friends. He loved sharing his interests with his family and friends, his eldest son joined him on many of his adventures and helped with projects. When he wasn’t outdoors, he loved thrifting. Finding a deal on something he could use always brightened his day.

Ray had a passion for fixing just about anything. He enjoyed troubleshooting problems, finding creative and thrifty solutions. He spent his time working on projects around the house and under the hoods of the family vehicles. He enjoyed helping people with whatever challenge they had and the greatest reward for him was seeing them smile.

He is survived by his wife Sandy, their sons Ryan (Nicole) Ksioszk of Port Washington and Joshua of Sun Prairie, and his grandchildren Madelyn and Jacob. He is further survived by his brothers Daniel Ksioszk of Lone Rock and Michael Ksioszk of Cudahy.

Raymond is preceded in death by his father, Joseph, and his mother Wanda.

Per his request, no formal services will take place.

The Eernisse Funeral Home is assisting the family; online condolences may be left at www.eernissefuneralhome.com .
