Obituary

Randall “Randy” Theusch, of Saukville, Wisconsin, was peacefully called to eternal rest at his home on June 5, 2026, at the age of 71. He was born on December 1, 1954, in West Bend, Wisconsin, to Al and Lydia (Lischka) Theusch.

Randy married the love of his life, Debra Theusch, on July 2, 1982, in West Bend, Wisconsin. Together, they shared 43 years of marriage and built a life filled with family, memories, and love.

Early in his career, Randy enlisted in the United States Navy and proudly served aboard the USS America from 1981 to 1985. After his military service, he worked at Simplicity in Port Washington for over 25 years. Following the closing of Simplicity, Randy continued working in various manufacturing positions until his retirement.

Randy was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be remembered for his love, strength, and the lasting memories he created with those around him. His presence brought comfort, laughter, and connection, and his family will carry his love with them always.

In his free time, Randy enjoyed playing cribbage, learning about history, watching baseball, and having breakfast at the River’s Edge Restaurant with family and friends. He especially loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Some of the most cherished memories were the simple ones — sitting on the front porch, listening to the oldies station, and talking with family, neighbors, and friends.

Randy is survived by his loving wife, Debra Theusch; his children, Sean Theusch, Tamarisk Ehlert and her husband Edward, Joshua Theusch, and Rhea Theusch and her fiancé Paul Stark; his grandchildren, Emersyn, Ellery, and Grayson; his brother, Gwynn Theusch and his wife Marilyn; and his sister, Mary Harpold and her husband John. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Al and Lydia (Lischka) Theusch; his sister and brother-in-law, Cheri and Ed Hord; his stepbrother, Ray Maurer; and his stepfathers, Lee Maurer and Max Coffmann.

Randy’s family will forever cherish the love, stories, laughter, and memories they shared with him. Though his passing leaves an emptiness that cannot be filled, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

The family would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Randy’s neighbor and dear friend, John, for the kindness, support, and help he gave us on the day Randy passed.
