Ralph L. Schmidt passed away at St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at the age of 76.

He was born in Port Washington, Wisconsin on February 13, 1949, to parents Lawrence and Priscilla (nee Rausch) Schmidt. Ralph attended Port Washington and the Class of 1967. Following graduation, he enlisted into the United States Army and served courageously in Vietnam for 18 months.

Ralph is survived by his brothers Gerald (Elaine) Schmidt, Kenneth Schmidt, and Christopher (Marla) Schmidt. He is further survived by sister-in-law Karen Schmidt, and many nieces and nephews.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, brother Richard "Dick", and sister-in-law Susan.

Per Ralph's wishes there will be a private family service held at a later date.
