RALPH O. BLAUBACH Mr. Ralph Blaubach formerly of Grafton and Saukville passed away at his home on south Lar Ann Street in Belgium Tuesday morning March 10 2009.nbsp; He was 84 years old. Ralph was born in Thiensville on June 1 1924 son of Albert and Elva Boesch Blaubach.nbsp; After graduating from Messmer High School in 1941 Ralph served his country in the Army Air Corp.nbsp; He was united in marriage with Margaret Boehnlein on August 2 1947 at St. Catherine Catholic Church in former Granville Center.nbsp; The couple settled in Saukville then Grafton and finally moved to Belgium in 1996.nbsp; Ralph and his cousin Frank Boesch started Grafton Service Inc. on January 2 1951.nbsp; He retired in December of 1986 after many years of providing faithful service to his customers.nbsp; Mr. Blaubach was currently a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Lake Church and was a former member of both St. Josephrsquo;s Catholic Church in Grafton and Immaculate Conception Church in Saukville.nbsp; He was also a member of the Rose Harms American Legion Post in Grafton and the Catholic Order of Foresters.nbsp; Ralph could fix anything you could wreck and had a gift for inventing.nbsp; As a mechanic he had an ear for diagnosing engine problems without even lifting the hood of the car.nbsp; He enjoyed golfing traveling with his wife and working puzzles.nbsp; He was an avid reader and liked an occasional trip to the casino just for fun.nbsp; He is survived by his wife of 61 years Margaret of Belgium their three children: Dale R. (Peggy) Blaubach of Port Washington Karlynn (Roger) Mayer of Belgium and David J. (Charlene) Blaubach of Grafton.nbsp; He is also survived by five grandchildren: Christopher (Annie) Blaubach of Winterville NC Brad (Tracy) Blaubach of Cedar Grove Matthew Blaubach of Port Washington Teri (Kurt) Mattek of Sheboygan Falls and Kimberly (Nathan) Dischler of Sauk City and 6 great-grandchildren.nbsp; Further surviving are hisnbsp; brothers: Donald (Madalyn) Blaubach of Cedarburg and Earl (Diane) Blaubach of Cecil his sister June (Leroy) Depies of Minocqua sister-in-law Audrey Blaubach of Random Lake and brothers-in-law Leo Boehnlein of Sheboygan and Norman Boehnlein of Antigo nieces nephews other relatives and friends.nbsp; He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Wallace. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM on Saturday March 14th at St. Mary Catholic Church Lake Church.
