Beloved wife of Robert Hortvet, loving mother of Jane (Charles) Wright, Susan (Gary) Dickerson and Laurie (Steve Antonellis) Hortvet, proud grandmother of David (Heather) Dickerson, Kevin (Kristi) Wright, Karen Wright, Thomas Dickerson and Kristen (Ben) McGuire. Further survived by great-granddaughter Eleanor Wright, brothers-in-law Jack (the late Carolyn) Daehling and Douglas (the late Barbara) Hortvet, her beloved puppy Teddie, other family and friends. Phyllis was a member of North Shore Congregational Church in Fox Point. Private family services will be held. Interment Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield.
