Peter Risch, a lifelong resident of Port Washington, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at his residence. Peter was born on October 21, 1970 in Port Washington, son of Bernard "Bernie" Risch and Joyce Weber Risch.
He grew up in Port Washington, graduating from Port Washington High School with the class of 1989. For the past 15 years, Peter worked as a brewery worker for Molson Coors in Milwaukee. He was a proud member of United Auto Workers Local # 9 and a former member of 4H. Peter loved the outdoors, and spent many hours hunting, bicycling, and snowboarding. He was always ready to lend a hand and would drop everything to help friends and family.
Peter is survived by his son Blake Bratcher (friend Natasha) of Kirkland, IL, his fiancé Stacy Wagner and her children Parker and Savanah of Dallas, GA, his mother Joyce Risch of Port Washington, three brothers: Patrick Risch (friend Wendy Taylor) of Colgate, Scott Risch (friend Kay Mueller) of Random Lake, and Andrew (Tracii) Risch of Cedarburg. He is further survived by his maternal grandmother Maryann Seitz of Dewey, AZ, many aunts, uncles, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He is preceded in death by his father Bernie in 2017 and his grandparents Alfred Weber and Bernard and Theresa Risch.

Peter will be laid to rest next to his father in St. Mary Parish Cemetery in Lake Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
