Peter May 43 of Nashua IA died Saturday December 4 2004 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. Peter Robert May was born September 25 1961 in Belgium WI the son of Dick and Regina (Ries) May. He graduated from Cedar Grove High School Cedar Grove WI. On November 23 1991 he was united in marriage to Sandra Knapp of Mequon WI in Cedarburg WI. In 1992 Peter and Sandy moved to Charles City where Peter was employed by Cambrex Chemical in Charles City. Peter enjoyed golfing traveling and above all was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. Peter will be sadly missed by his wife Sandy of Nashua; two stepsons Tony Knapp of Charles City and Bruce Knapp of Grafton WI; brothers and sisters Bill (Diane) May and Mike May (Phil Grasty) all of Cedar Grove WI Noreen (Ken) Wall of Owosso MI Marge (Terry) Steinert of Charles City; a sister-in- law Debbie (Jim) Hill of Mayville WI a brother-in-law John (Patti) Liss of Grafton WI; mother-in-law Theresa Cyra of Germantown WI; many nieces and nephews; and his dog Badger. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; numerous aunts and uncles and Max. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Eernisse Funeral Home 171 North Royal Avenue Belgium WI. with visitation from 10 a.m. until service time.
