Peter J. Koltun of Cedarburg, WI passed away unexpectedly on Saturday June 23, 2018 at the age of 72. Peter was the loving husband for 14 years of Joy Lindsay-Koltun, the proud father of Kenneth Koltun of Fox Point, WI, Allan (Ursula) Koltun of Miami, FL, Andrew Galvin of Grafton, WI, Stacey Schall of Venice, FL and Amy (Chris) Holt of Sun Prairie, WI, the beloved brother of Barry (Kim) Koltun of FL, Elliot (Priscilla) Koltun of Boca Raton, FL and Jacqueline Marino of Knoxville, TN, and dear grandfather of Samantha, Luke, Max and Ava Koltun, Ireland Galvin, Jacob Maliborski, Trenton, Brooklyn and Zachary Holt, Ashley, Tyler and Sarah Schall. He is also survived by his devoted furry friend Stella, along with other relatives and friends. Peter was preceded in death by his parents Byron Koltun, Shirley Marino and Jerry Marino, and uncles Kenny and David Winkler. There will be a Funeral Service on Wednesday June 27, 2018 at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1167 Washington Ave., Cedarburg, WI 53012. The family will greet relatives and friends on Wednesday at the funeral home from 4 PM until time of the Service. Born in New York, NY on January 4, 1946, Peter went on to graduate from New York University with a Masters Degree in Computer Science. He then began a successful career in Accounting and IT. Peter recently retired from his work as an Independent Consultant in the field of IT Systems Consulting. Peter was a person of integrity who earned the respect of others. He also had a zest for life. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, boating, traveling, poodles, cars of any type and being a foodie. Peter will be remembered for his humor and infectious laugh, and the sharing of life stories with others.
