Penelope "Penny" C. Pallin, age 77, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 with her loving husband and daughter by her side. She was born in Ironwood, Michigan on September 28, 1939 to Valentine and Estelle (nee Waanen) Hoffman. Penny and her husband Chuck were married in Ironwood, Michigan on February 9, 1957. Penny found great enjoyment being at her Lake Superior cottage. She also enjoyed gardening and had a love for animals, which she displayed in her profession as a dog groomer. Penny is survived by her husband Chuck, children: Jeffrey (Shelly) Pallin, Christine (Doni) Dodge, Lauren (Robert) Pallin, grandchildren: Jerry (Julie), Melissa, Leia, Connor Pallin, Jamie (Kristin) Kuester, Max and Griffin Kohl. Penny is preceded in death by her son Randy. To honor Penny's wishes private family services will be held.
