Paul Kloss, of Port Washington, passed away in the morning hours of Monday, December 7, 2015 at Harbor Club where he had been a resident. He was 95 years old. Paul was born in Benton, WI on December 13, 1919, son of Joseph Kloss and Catherine Martin Kloss. He grew up in Milwaukee and after finishing school, served his country in the US Army during WWII. On July 6, 1946 he married June Inkmann at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Milwaukee. The couple moved to Port Washington where Paul worked as an electrician for Wisconsin Electric (We Energies) for over 36 years. He also worked for Ozaukee County part-time in the maintenance department for many years. Paul was a member of St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church in Port Washington and the St. Peter's Men's Club. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, baking and dancing. Paul is survived by his son Paul (Carrie) Kloss II of Barneveld, five grandchildren: Jason (Monica) Hains, Angela (Jared) Hains-Dalhous, Nichole Kloss and Paul Kloss III, three great-grandchildren, his brother James Kloss of Milwaukee, his sister Frances Butt of Milwaukee, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his wife June, two daughters Judy Agness and Terri Hains, and three brothers and two sisters. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 11th at 5:30 PM at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church, 1800 N. Wisconsin St., Port Washington. Father Pat Wendt will preside over Mass. He will be entombed with military honors at St. Mary's Mausoleum in Port Washington. Visitation will take place at the CHURCH on Friday, December 11th from 3:30-5:30 PM. The Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington, is honored to serve the family.
