IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Patricia "Pat" Ann
Palmer
March 26, 1941 – March 16, 2024
Patricia "Pat" Ann Palmer of Random Lake, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Saturday, March 16, 2024. She was 82. Pat was born in Sheboygan on March 26, 1941, beloved daughter of Edward and Celeste (nee Janssen) Binder. She was united in marriage with William "Bill" Palmer on September 16, 1961, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Random Lake and together they raised four beautiful children.
Pat spent most of her early career volunteering in her children's youth activities. She was a Cub Scout den leader and helped organize and coach the Christian Youth Organization (CYO) softball league. Pat would often be seen around the St. Mary's School building coordinating the hot lunch program, running the church ham dinner, cleaning after the school day as well as being part of the Christian Women's Organization. As her children grew older, she worked at Cedar Valley Cheese and later at Times Printing for over 28 years where she got the nickname "Pizza Pete" for her job with pizza labels.
If you were in town, you may have seen her walking daily with her walker and her dog. Pat enjoyed stopping to talk to neighbors on her strolls and rarely missed a day. She also enjoyed computer games in between her walks.
Pat's memory will be cherished by her devoted husband Bill, her loving children Keith (Lynn) Palmer, Randy Palmer, Lori (Mark) Bichler and Amy (Jeff) Bares; treasured grandchildren Matthew Palmer, Nicole (Christopher) Depies, Bradley (Madelyn) Palmer, Morgan and Dayton Palmer, Kip (Isabelle) Bichler, Eli Bichler and Jenna and Jason Bares; adored great-grandchildren Cameron and Dallas Depies and Owen, Harper, and Rhett Palmer. She is further survived by her sister Diane Rammer; sister-in-law Norma Palmer.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Donald and Darwin Binder; brother's-in-law Robert and Bruce Palmer, William Rammer, Merlin Nowack and Robert Deppiesse; sisters-in-law Elizabeth Nowack, Barbara Palmer, Beverly Deppiesse, Linda Palmer, Mardell and Patricia Binder.
