Patricia Fenstad, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away at her residence in Mequon in the evening hours of Thursday, August 22, 2024. She was 84 years old.

Patty was born in Minneapolis, MN on November 29, 1939, the daughter of James and Ana Marie (nee Williams) Schleppegrell. In her younger years, Patty had a love for dance and was a member of the Minneapolis Rocketts. Later she established a dance studio teaching many children ballet and tap.

After raising her family, Patty became a Certified Financial Planner. Over her 40-plus-year career, Patty excelled in helping her clients through her vast knowledge of mutual funds, stocks, alternative investments, and real estate. She was truly passionate about helping her clients plan for their future. An accomplished woman in her field, she ran her practice with dedication and expertise.

Patty was a member of the Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Women networking organization, where she enjoyed networking and helping women in commercial real estate grow and meet their goals.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Patty found solace in music and spent many joyful hours knitting and playing her organ. She found immense pleasure in dancing and cherished life's simple pleasures, such as dining out with her family and friends.

Patty is survived by her three children: Vicki (Paul) Holden Shilot, Jodi (Jim) Baylerian, and Gregory (Jeannine) Fenstad. She is further survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, her two sisters: Penelope Anderson and Diana Quist, nieces, nephews, other relatives, many friends, and her beloved dog, Laci.

She is preceded in death by her husband Donald Kruck, and her brother Michael Schleppegrell. Patty and Don were married for 24 years. They loved spending time at the Milwaukee festivals and dining at area restaurants.

A celebration of Patty's life will take place at Shully's Cuisine & Events, 146 Green Bay Rd. in Thiensville, on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, from 4 pm to 7 pm.
