OLIVE M. WATRY Olive Watry age 92 years of Belgium died Wednesday May 2 2007 at Belgium Gardens where she was a resident for the past 2 years. She was born February 23 1915 in Port Washington daughter of Charles and Clara Krier Schmidt. On February 28 1933 she married Lawrence Watry at St. Peter and Paul Church in Milwaukee. The couple farmed in the Town of Belgium. He preceded her in death in 1995. Mrs. Watry was a member of St. Mary Church Lake Church and the Christian Women. She enjoyed quilting gardening bird watching but most of all her family. She is survived by 11 children Thomas (Roseanne) of Cecil WI Charles (Kathleen) of Saukville William (Linda) of Loveland CO Phillip (Betty Ann) of South Carolina George (Karen) of Janesville Joseph (Ann) of Cedar Grove and Christopher (Barbara) of Cedar Grove Laurene (Bill) Klas of Cascade Clara (Ray) Koepp of Tustin WI Joanne (Richard) Bley of Belgium and Anne (Steve) Burress of Lebannon IN 42 grandchildren 83 great grandchildren 5 great great grandchildren 3 brothers Melvin (Carmen) Schmidt of Austin TX Lester (Anna) Schmidt of Jefferson WI and Ralph Schmidt of Belgium and one sister Clarice (Frank) Buchholz of Grafton. She was preceded in death by 4 brothers 2 sisters and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Sunday May 6 6:30 PM at St. Mary Catholic Church Lake Church preceded by family rites at 6 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home Belgium. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Eernisse Funeral Home 171 N. Royal Ave. Belgium Sunday from 3-6 PM.
