Nikki Jo Roos of Cedar Grove passed away unexpectedly on June 29, 2017. She was 39 years old. Nikki was born to David and Karen (nee Huberty) Roos on August 1, 1977. Nikki was a beautiful soul. She showed endless dedication to her family and friends. She loved her nieces like they were her own. Nikki made everyone feel special and established life long bonds with those she considered her friends. She was loving, smart, sincere, and creative. Nikki was a great writer and could express anything through words. She had a quick witted sense of humor and will always be remembered for her contagious laugh. Nikki's interests include, shooting pool, playing horseshoes, camping, baking, cooking and spending time with her family and loved ones. She will be forever missed and never forgotten by all who knew her. Nikki is survived by her Father David (Debbie Poulakos) Roos; sister Carey (Joe Piatek) Dobush; nieces: Kaela (Noel Deliz Jr.) Dobush, Olivia Piatek, Hannah Piatek, and Emerson Huberty; boyfriend Justin Larson; uncles: Mike (Becky) Huberty, Doug Huberty, Dennis (Kim) Roos, and Dale Roos; aunt Michelle (Chuck) Cross; cousins: Lindsay Gahan, Chad Huberty, Tammy Huberty, Stacy (Randy) Bliss. Nikki is further survived by many other cousins, relatives, and beloved friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Karen (nee Huberty) Roos; uncles: Bob Huberty and Danny Roos; and grandparents Paul (Dodie) Huberty and Warren (Ellie) Roos. A Memorial Service and a time for friends and family to share their personal memories of Nikki will be at 7:00PM on Thursday, July 6th, 2017 at Eernisse Funeral Home Belgium. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4:00-7:00PM. Private family inurnment. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the family.
