NANCY A. PROM Mrs. Nancy Prom of Monroe St. in Port Washington passed away Sunday February 3 2013 at Aurora Medical Center in West Allis following surgery. She was 81 years old. Nancy was born in Port Washington on January 16 1932 daughter of Edward and Margaret Schueller Thill. She attended local schools graduating from Port Washington High School with the Class of 1950. On October 24 1953 she was united in marriage with Floyd Flip Prom at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Port Washington. The couple settled on Monroe St. and started their family. Mrs. Prom worked as a Nurses Aide at St. Alphonsus Hospital in the Maternity ward retiring after 15 years. Nancy was a member of St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church. She enjoyed golfing bowling knitting and lunching with her friends. Mrs. Prom is survived by her husband Floyd and their two children: Becky (Rich) Meinen of Sheboygan and Timothy (Linda) Prom of Port Washington. She is further survived by six grandchildren two great-grandchildren nieces nephews other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her son Todd and two sisters: LaVern Janashek and Elaine Pat Schills. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 7PM on Friday February 8th at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church 1800 N. Wisconsin St. Port Washington Fr. Patrick Wendt will preside. She will be laid to rest in St. Mary's Cemetery Port Washington. The family will receive visitors at the CHURCH on Friday from 4-7PM.
