Mrs. Myrtle Sadowsky of Lasata Crossings and Lasata Heights was born to eternal life on April 6 2012 at Horizon Inpatient Hospice in Mequon. She was 94 years old. Myrtle was born August 1 1917 in Milwaukee the daughter of William and Della Witt Koester. On December 14 1940 she was united in marriage with Walter Sabowsky in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death in 1977. Myrtle was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Grafton. She enjoyed quilting sewing baking and enjoyed participating in activities at Lasata especially Bingo. Myrtle is survived by her children Alan (Sara) of Fredonia Joyce (Bruce) Myers and Lois (Ross) Kroeger both of Milwaukee. She is further survived by 6 grandchildren 9 great-grandchildren 1 great-great-grandchild nieces nephews other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Walter and their children: Richard Robert Joan Laabs and Janet Daute. Funeral Services will be held at 7PM on Monday April 9 2012 at Eernisse Funeral Home 1167 Washington Ave. Cedarburg. She will be laid to rest beside Walter at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Cedarburg. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Paul's Lutheran School in Grafton. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Monday evening from 5-7PM. The Eernisse Funeral Home Cedarburg is assisting the family with arrangements.
