Mildred S. Burton Mrs. Mildred Burton passed away Sunday November 21 2010 at Belgium Gardens in Belgium after a battle with Parkinsonrsquo;s disease. She was 82 years old. Mildred was born October 9 1928 in the town of Belgium the daughter of Fred and Elsie Wetor Schueller. On October 9 1948 she was united in marriage with Killian Burton at Holy Rosary Parish Holy Cross Chapel in Holy Cross. The couple ran a dairy farm in Lake Church for 57 years.nbsp; Mrs. Burton was a long-time member of St. Mary Catholic Church Lake Church where she was a member of the Christian Ladies Guild. She was also a member of Catholic Knights. nbsp;Mildred was a very hard-working dedicated and loving wife mother grandmother and great-grandmother. She was always giving of her time not only to her family but to anyone in need. When she did have time for herself she enjoyed crocheting and sewing. As a grandma Mildred helped out raising many of her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with all of them. Her smile and contagious laughter was enjoyed by everyone who shared her company. Always the impeccable hostess Mildred was able to fill a table with food at a momentrsquo;s notice whenever guests would drop by; no one left her presence hungry or without a container of treats to take home.nbsp; Mildred is survived by her husband of 62 years Killian Burton of Belgium and their children: Mary Burton of Belgium Roger (Margaret) Burton of Grafton Joanne (Kim) Viesselmann of Grafton Dan (Jenny) Burton of Oostburg and Judy Burton of Milwaukee. She is further survived by 6 grandchildren: Amy (Jack) Gonzalez Leah and Chad Viesselmann Nick Joe and Jim Burton great-grandchildren Austin and Kayla Gonzalez daughter-in-law Kathy (Bob) Stuyck of Machesney Park IL and their children Kristen Rob Matt and Katie siblings Carol Flerchinger of Port Washington Fred (Cel) Schueller of Holy Cross Joyce Schmit of Port Washington Pearl (Tom) Paradise of Appleton and Ronald Schueller of Fredonia 2 brothers-in-law: Jack Gahan of Port Washington and Lambert (Angie) Burton of Sheboygan 4 sisters-in-law: Bernice Schueller and Ginny Schueller both of Belgium Marcella ldquo;Marcyrdquo; Dietzmann of Milwaukee and Emily Liermann of FL numerous nieces and nephews other relatives and many friends. nbsp;She is preceded in death by her son Jerry Burton sister Doris Gahan and brothers Leroy and Bob Schueller.nbsp; A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 6PM on Wednesday November 24 at St. Mary Catholic Church Lake Church with Father James Ernster officiating. Mildred will be laid to rest at St. Mary Parish Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at St. Mary Catholic Church on Wednesday afternoon from 3-6PM. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Mary Catholic Church.
