Michael J. Johnson passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. He was 62 years old. Mike was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Jack and Grace (nee Saputo) Johnson on September 22, 1955. Mike was a dedicated employee of We Energies for approximately 15 years where he held a position as Operations Engineer. In his free time Mike had a passion for sailing and an interest in flying. He was currently training for his pilot's license. Mike also enjoyed spending time at his cabin up north which was located near the Nicolet Forest. Mike is survived by his son Joseph Johnson, two grandchildren and brother Robert (Judy) Johnson. He is proceeded in death by his parents Jack and Grace Johnson. A Memorial Celebration will be held at Eernisse Funeral Home 1167 Washington Avenue Cedarburg, Wisconsin 53012 on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 12:00 PM. Deacon Tom Surges will officiate. Mike's family will receive visitors from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 12:00 PM.
