Mary T. Sinnen was born to eternal life on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at the age of 67. She was born on August 22, 1953 in Buffalo, New York to Dr. James and Mary (nee Mox) Hanlon. Mary was united in marriage to her loving husband Robert Sinnen on December 11, 1976. After receiving her bachelor's degree in nursing from Marian College in Fond Du Lac, Mary began a lengthy and dedicated career of service in nursing spanning 43 years. While working full time and raising her family she went on to obtain her master's degree and nurse practitioner degree from Marquette University. At the age of 57 Mary earned her doctorate degree in nursing practice from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mary treated all her patients as if they were her own family and was highly respected and admired by her colleagues. She was affectionately known as "the kidney queen" in the Milwaukee area. Mary also enjoyed teaching Pilates, traveling with her husband and friends, walks in nature, music and dancing and above all spending time with and loving her grandchildren.
